You will be automatically logged into the HRGT system via direct authentication without needing to enter a user-name or password. — Talent Pool Creating Local Talent Pool* 1 Click New to create new talent pool. 2 A new window opens, give name to the talent pool in Title Field (mandatory field to create Talent Pool). 3 The owner of the talent pool can add the supporting team member using the Add button next to Support Team. These team members will have the same access as owner. Hence, it is recommended to have only a few supporting team members. 4 5 1 While creating a talent pool, the owner can add an attachment using the Browse button, for providing additional information on the pool. Maximum file size allowed is 2 MB and only one file can be uploaded. After selection, click Upload to add the attachment. Click OK to create the talent pool. — Talent Pool Accessing the Talent Pool A talent pool can be accessed in three different ways from the Talent Pools home page. 1 By scrolling right in the talent pool tabs and clicking on the desired talent pool 2 By clicking the drop-down option below Help 3 By scrolling down in the Talent Pool overview table and accessing the desired Talent Pool 1 2 3 After navigating to the talent pool, click the talent pool name to access the talent pool. The owner can change to Condensed View or Extended View for additional information. 2 Click Add to add the talent to the talent pool. A new window will open up. 3 Select the employee using. The employee can be searched using entire employee Population (no sensitive information like PDA details) or within area of responsibility (including sensitive information like PDA details). — Talent Pool Option 1: Adding employee using “Entire Employee Population” Using “Entire Employee Population” For example, if the requirement is to add female talent from a specific Business Unit (outside area of responsibility) with final grade between 1 and 10 – select option “Entire Employee Population”. 1 2 On selecting option Entire employee population, a new window will open. 1 Add required selection criteria (Gender- Female, Organization data of employee- desired BU, Final grade between 1 to 10). 2 Click Search to populate the result. 3 Select the desired employee by selecting the row in the table. 4 Click OK to finalize the selection. 3 4 May 8, 2018 Slide 8

— Talent Pool Option 2: Adding employee using “Within area of responsibility” Using “within area of responsibility” For example, if the requirement is to add female talent from within the area of responsibility who are Ready in 2 years and has Potential rating B, then select ‘Within area of responsibility’. On selecting option ‘within area of responsibility’, a new window will open up. 1 2 1 Add the required selection criteria (Gender- Female, PDA Career Plan - Readiness is Ready in 2 years, and Potential rating is B). 2 Click Search to populate the result. 3 Select employee who needs to be added to talent pool and click OK 3 May 8, 2018 Slide 9

By 1 default, the status is Nominated. 2 The owner can change who nominated the employee using Decided 2 By option. 3 Select the reason for adding the talent in Talent Pool (either High 3 Performance or High Performance/Potential or High Potential) using the drop-down option. 4 Select Nominated date by selecting using calendar icon in the 4 Nominated On. If the employee needs to be selected as Approved, then click Approved and mention the assignment start and end date. 5 Select OK to add employee in the talent pool. 5 Once the employee has been added to the pool, the employee 6 information will be reflected in the talent pool. 6 May 8, 2018 Slide 10

— Talent Pool Edit Talent information Nominated or Approved employee details in talent pool can be edited using Edit option. 1 Select the employee whose details have to be edited. 2 2 Click Edit. A new window will open. 3 In edit window, owner can add Decided By, Reason, and change Nominated On date. If the employee is Approved, Start and End date of the assignment can be updated. 1 3 4 Once the details are edited, click OK The details of the selected employee will be reflected in the talent pool. 4 May 8, 2018 Slide 11

— Talent Pool Approve, Reject, and view rejected talents Approve/Reject and view Rejected Talents 1 Nominated employee status can be changed to Approve/ Reject, by selecting Approve or Reject tab. If the employee is approved, then click Approve, a new window will open where the user can select Decided by, Reason and Start & End assignment of the talent. If rejected, then click Reject, a window will open to select Decided by, Reason and Rejection date. 1 4 2 To view the rejected talent, click Display Rejected Talents. 3 Under Display Rejected Talents, it will show a list of all rejected employees. 4 To go back to previous view (Nominated and Approved list of the employee), click Display Talents. — Talent Pool Reporting (1/2) Global Talent Pool Reporting 1 Go to Succession Planning tab 2 2 By default you will be in Administration, go to Reporting tab 1 3 3 Select Global Talent Pools Report to extract Global talent pool information 4 Click window icon next to Talent Pool to select a particular talent pool. A new window will open. Select the talent pool and use Add button to add the talent pool. It will be copied to the right-hand side, then click OK. 4 5 Click Check to validate the selection, if there are no errors, then click OK to run the report. May 8, 2018 Slide 13 5
