FICCI CE PDCA ( Plan-Do-Check-Act ) 1. Plan-Do-Check-Act ( PDCA Cycle ): - A four step process for quality improvement. 2. In the first step (PLAN), A plan to effect improvement is developed. 3. In the Second step (DO), the plan is carried out. 4. In the third step ( CHECK), the effects of the plan are observed. 5. In the last step (ACT) , Action is taken to carry out the plan after making necessary corrections. 6. This is repeated till the original plan is achieved.
