Evaluation of Student by Preceptor
Evaluation of Student by Preceptor Students will be evaluated by the preceptor for the rotation using a 5 -point Likert scale in the following areas: • Case presentations • Professionalism and ethics: a. reliability / responsibility b. response to instruction / feedback c. self-directed learning (knowledge and skills) d. patient interaction / ethical boundaries / cultural sensitivity e. working relationships
Evaluation of Student by Preceptor Students will be evaluated by the preceptor for the rotation using a 5 -point Likert scale in the following areas: • Data gathering: a. Initial history / interviewing skills b. Physical / psychiatric examination skill c. Oral presentation

Student Evaluation of Preceptors Students will have the opportunity to evaluate each preceptor using the following instrument. The evaluation instrument is comprised of 11 questions and an open area for additional comments and suggestions for improvement. A sample is on the next slide.
