Budget for the program per student Elements of Budget A. Other Costs Travel Indicative Reimbursement(Rs) 4, 000 Boarding and Lodging 81, 000 Stipend 30, 000 Placement cell fee 10, 000 B. Training Costs (including marketing) 62, 500 Total (A+B) 1, 25, 000 to 1, 77, 500 Assumptions Fare from J&K to destination Rs. 300 per day (pro rata basis on training duration) for 9 months. Rs. 2500 per month (pro rata basis on training duration) for 12 months This is placement agency fees provided to facilitate external placement of the trained candidate who cannot be placed with-in the approved organization at the end of the training period. Estimated reimbursement (pro rata basis for a 9 month training program, a ceiling of maximum pay out of 50% of the total training costs or Rs. 62, 500 which ever is lower), subject to candidate completing one year of employment with the approved organization.
