Pay and TAT guidelines • We pay by the page, i. e. INR 35 – INR 40 per page. By that we mean is if you take a 30 page file to work we will be paying you INR 1050 for the 30 pages. • We pay monthly on the 18/19/20 th of each month. But we understand that you need to develop trust on us for this so initially for the first 2 weeks we will pay you weekly post this we would love to get you on our Monthly pay system.

General TAT • For each … ▫ ▫ 10 pages = 8 hours, 20 pages = 16 – 20 hours, 30 pages = 24 – 30 hours. So it basically depends on the length of the questionnaires.
