Fees ● 11 units or fewer- Free ● More than 11. 5, you are responsible for paying all the fees associated with your enrollment. ● Materials fee ● Textbooks
Complete College Services All of the services and facilities of the College are available to concurrent enrollment students, including: ● Quick link to all student services ● The College library which is part of the Peninsula Library System ● College counseling and advising which includes Educational Counseling, Career Services and Transfer Services ● The Learning Center offers free tutoring and mentoring in math and reading, self-paced courses and computer and language labs.
Using Community College Coursework for University Credit or H. S. Graduation
What Classes can Students Take? ● Meet with your high school counselor for course recommendations, ● Discuss which courses are eligible for credit towards high school graduation, ● Need to get counselor’s approval.
How to Apply 1) Apply for Cañada College 2) Concurrent Enrollment Form 3) Review college class schedule or meet with High School counselor to select your college courses a) If enrolling to an English or Math class or any that required a prerequisite class, you must make an appointment to see a cañada counselor. 4) Submit your course request for concurrent enrollment via WEBSmart student portal
Steps to Complete the Form 1. Choose “General Concurrent Enrollment”Concurrent Enrollment Form 2. Choose “Cañada College” 3. Check Cañada Admission email for your student ID number (G# ) 4. Fill in the whole form as well 5. To fill in the box go to Web. Schedule

How do I Submit Concurrent Form? • Submit your Course Request Form via your Web. SMART student portal. Uploading: Save or scan a copy of your College Connection Course Request Form to a device that will allow you to upload (desktop, phone, tablet). Log into Web. SMART at websmart. smccd. edu. Your ID number is your college issued "G-number". Include the "G" when entering. Your PIN is your date of birth in the order of MMDDYY (You will be asked to change your PIN once you log in. ) Select: Student Services • Select: College Connection Course Request Form • Follow the steps to upload your Course Request Form and SUBMIT • • •
Note: • • • Due to the updated Shelter-in-Place Order until at least May 1 st, an email from your counselor is sufficient to show approval from your High School counselor that you can participate in the Concurrent Program. No need to get the form sign by a high school counselor. Email this to Vivian from admissions.
