ELA Goal Overall, 50% of students in lowest 25% percentile will make reading gains

ELA Goal Overall, 50% of students in lowest 25% percentile will make reading gains on the 2020 -2021 FSA ELA assessment. 1. Consistent use of revised curriculum pacing guides during instruction and collaboration (Ronna Smith). 2. Professional development focused on strategies that will provide accommodations for SWD/ELL students on Canvas platform (Rania Peacock). 3. Strategic scheduling of reading endorsed teachers in intensive level classes (Rania Peacock). 4 Grade level competitions to increase media circulation both. in school and virtually (Dr. Yolande Sinclair). 5. Consistent use of common assessments every two weeks that include power standards (Dr. Yolande Sinclair). 6. PLC collaboration with ELA department to analyze assessment data and identify standards and areas of concerns (Ronna Smith). 7. The Reading coach will follow the gradual release model (I do, We do, You do) and model instruction to support new ELA teachers (Dr. Yolande Sinclair). 8. Quarterly child study discussions with the MTSS team and teachers to discuss interventions for struggling students (Rania Peacock).

Math Goal Overall, 50% of students in lowest 25% percentile will make math gains on the 2020 -2021 FSA Math assessment. Improvement on quarterly benchmarks and common assessments data. Increased daily math practice and math fluency during instruction. 1. Consistent use of revised curriculum pacing guides during instruction and collaboration (Rania Peacock). 2. Professional development focused on strategies that will provide accommodations for SWD/ELL students on Canvas platform (Rania Peacock). 3. Strategic scheduling of teachers in intensive level classes to support students in the lowest 25% (Rania Peacock). 4. Grade level focus on automaticty in math facts and strategies to master through repetition and practice (Rania Peacock). 5. Consistent use of common assessments every three weeks that include power standards (Rania Peacock). 6. PLC collaboration with math department to analyze assessment data and identify strengths and areas of concerns (Ronna Smith). 7. Continued PL in the gradual release model (I do, We do, You do) and model instruction to support new math teachers. 8. Quarterly child study discussions with the MTSS team and teachers to discuss interventions for struggling students (Rania Peacock).

Consistent use of revised curriculum pacing guides during instruction and collaboration (Ronna Smith). 2. Professional development focused on strategies that will provide accommodations for SWD/ELL students on Canvas platform (Rania Peacock). 3. Strategic scheduling of reading endorsed teachers in intensive level classes (Rania Peacock). 4.
