Example to calculate the Annual Attendance Rate If, The total number of prescribed Instructional Days = 220 Total Annual Attendance of 50 students of a particular class = 9850 No. of Boys = 30 Then use the formula Total Annual Attendance of all students Average Annual Rate = ------------------------------- X Total No. of Students x Annual Instructional Days Therefore, Total Annual Attendance of Boys = 6200 100
