CLC WRITING STRATEGIES Compound-Complex Sentences

Compound-Complex Sentences Compound-Complex sentences are a combination of compound and complex sentences. They consist of two or more independent clauses and at least one dependent clause. Most compound-complex sentences you are going to write will consist of two independent clauses and one dependent clause.
