SATURDAY MAY 2, 2020

�Arrival at Neshaminy High School Report to the high school at 7: 30 A. M. All luggage will be checked-in with chaperone. Students will gather in auditorium.

�Departure 8: 30 A. M. buses will leave high school 15 – 20 minute rest stop �Students may purchase food or drink.

�Arrival at Kings Dominion Theme Park 1: 00 P. M. Arrive at Park 8: 30 P. M. Departure �Student may purchase food or drink.

�Arrive at the Hotel 9: 30 P. M. – Arrive at Fort Magruder Hotel 10: 00 P. M. Pizza & Water delivered to each room 11: 00 P. M. – Curfew/Room Check

SUNDAY MAY 3, 2020

�Breakfast Buffet 8: 00 A. M. Unlimited Breakfast Buffet in hotel 9: 30 A. M. Depart for Busch Gardens

�BUSCH GARDENS 9: 45 A. M. - Arrival to park 4: 45 P. M. – Depart park for hotel. �Students may purchase food or drink.

�SPIRIT OF NORFOLK DINNER CRUISE 6: 45 P. M. – Board buses/Depart for Norfolk 8: 30 P. M. – Arrival at Spirit of Norfolk 9: 00 P. M. – Ship departs port

�SPIRIT OF NORFOLK DINNER CRUISE 11: 00 P. M. – Depart for Hotel 12: 00 A. M. – Arrive back at hotel �Curfew and room checks immediately

�T-SHIRT Students will be required to wear their JCT T-Shirt in Washington D. C. T-Shirts will be given out on the morning of the trip.

�Washington D. C. 12: 00 P. M. – Arrive in D. C. �Explore 4: 30 Smithsonian, National Mall, Monuments P. M. – Board buses and depart for H. S.

�The Last Leg… 5: 30 P. M. – Approximate arrival at Rest Stop �Students 7: 00 may purchase food/beverage. P. M. – Arrival home at N. H. S.

�Total Trip Cost: $535. 00

�What are my options? Pay in full today. Pay in 3 installments. Trip must be paid in full by February 1, 2020. Checks are to be made out to NESHAMINY HIGH SCHOOL

�How do I make a payment? Today will be payment #1. Payments #2 and #3 will be made in school by student. Payments will be made DURING HOMEROOM ONLY in D 116. �Listen to the announcements! Payments can be made in CASH or PERSONAL CHECK ONLY.

�What happens if my son/daughter can no longer attend the trip? A total refund can be issued (minus the $100. 00 deposit) until FEBRUARY 1, 2020. Trip insurance is offered through Worldwide Travel. This policy applies to any student who cancels the trip due to attendance or disciplinary ineligibility.

�How do I ask for a refund? All refund requests must be put in writing! �Email to Ms. Johnson at lsmith@neshaminy. k 12. pa. us • The Neshaminy School District is not responsible for student/parent refunds if, for some unforeseen reason beyond the district’s control, student trips of any type are cancelled. District staff will work with trip organizers in an attempt to obtain refunds and/or to re-schedule trips. ”

�There will be 4 students to a room. Rooms that choose to have less will be charged more money. Rooms forced to have less due to numbers will not. Males and Females cannot room together. �Room and Bus sign-ups will occur in February 2016.

ELIGIBILITY & REGULATIONS

Students must: • Pay all obligations to Neshaminy High School • Complete all detentions. • Have no more than 5 suspensions. • Have no Policy Violations. Administration reserves the right to exclude any student from the class trip based on previous disciplinary problems

�All Neshaminy High School and District rules apply. District drug / alcohol policy is in effect – including tobacco & ecigarettes, alcohol and marijuana. Destruction of material or property Breaking “real world” rules could lead to “real world” consequences. Students are subject to adult supervision at any time on trip. � Male / Female Chaperones �Failure to comply could lead to removal from trip. Parent/guardian pick-up

Follow directions the first time they are given. Be where you are supposed to be when you are supposed to be. Accept and appreciate differences among us.
