Schedule Change Requests ► Before school begins, students may e-mail schedule change requests to their counselor. ► Schedule changes are also accommodated during the first two weeks of each semester based on course availability. ► The first few days of the fall semester, new students, students with incomplete schedules & seniors are given priority. ► The 4 th day of the semester, any student may submit a schedule change request form. Forms in the counseling office. ► Students requesting a change into an elective from a core class or academic elective (i. e. band, world language) must have a parent sign the request form. ► The schedule change timeline & process is the same in the spring. However, students may sign up on their counselor ‘s door anytime during the fall to request a spring schedule change. ► This is also how students sign up to see their counselor for any other reason.
