Introduction Our wireless music player allows the user to listen to uncompressed digital audio streamed over a wireless link. The music player reads uncompressed audio data from an SD card in an immobile "base station. " A pair of Xbee transceiver modules are used to stream data and control signals between the base station and a portable module.

Main Station Begin • Start SPI • Initialize SD-Card q Initialize FAT file System q. Get First File Buffer 2 KB of data Data Request Chek for and implement file skip request, or stop command Transmit Data
Portable Station Begin Initialize SPI (DAC) Initialize USART, with receive interrupt Initialize timer 2 with 8 Khz interrupt Yes Request Data Buffer low? No Button pressed? Command No Send Halt palyback if Yes pause or stop
