Welcome to the 2020 -2021 year! Thea Michael ( Teacher) Crystal Curry ( Para Educator)

Remote Learning: Schedule • We will start by following a tentative schedule. • Specials and OT will be added as those become available. • Breaks have been built in during the day and include opportunities for independent work. • Monday through Thursday are school days requiring student participation. • Friday is support day. Please schedule 1: 1 time if you need support with technology or direct support for the student.

Attendance • Attendance will be recorded for the highlighted instruction time on the schedule. • Keep in mind, Monday through Thursday are learning days. • Speech and OT will use their attendance procedures. • In event, you are not available for instructional time please contact me via email. We can set an alternate time to catch up on missed work.

Sign on procedures • Each student IPAD should have a unique student log in information. If it is not on it then please contact me immediately to get it. • This sign on is the same for the Google class room. • We will be using the same Google meet link for instruction time. • Speech and OT will provide their own meeting links.

Reminders • I am relying on your support and partnership to work with the students during remote learning. It might be always perfect but we will get through if we do our best. • Technology can be temperamental. I am anticipating it so please bear with me as we work out these setbacks. • I will be working individually with each one of you to set individual parent training for IPAD and also set a time for rotations.
