Tips for a Successful Parent-Teacher Conference
Parent participation is fundamental in your child’s education. Parent-Teacher conferences promote understanding about your child’s academic progress and success.

Parents-Teacher Conference s n o i S t s e ugg • Have a conference several times a year, not only in difficult situations. • Set a convenient time for parents and teachers. • Ask for a conference after receiving the report card and grades. • If you need a translator, let the teacher know. • Remain calm even you do not agree with the teacher’s comments. • Focus on positive areas, not only in difficulties. • Take notes of important comments.
