The Fish Story
The Japanese have always loved fresh fish! But the waters close to Japan have not held many fresh fish for decades So the fishing boats became larger and went farther than ever
The farther the fishermen went, the longer it took them to bring in the fish! If the return trip took more than a few days then the fish were not fresh THE JAPANESE DID NOT LIKE THE TASTE
To solve this problem the fishing companies installed freezers on their boats They would catch the fish and freeze them at sea The Japanese could taste the difference in the taste of the fresh and frozen fish THEY DID NOT LIKE THE FROZEN FISH
The frozen fish got a low price, so the fishing companies now installed a fish tank in their boats
They stuffed the fish fin-to-fin, after a little thrashing around the fish stopped moving. They were tired and dull but alive Unfortunately the Japanese still could taste the difference in the taste as the fish lost their freshfish taste The Japanese preferred the fresh fish to sluggish fish THEY DID NOT LIKE THE TASTE OF THE SLUGGISH FISH
IF YOU WOULD BE A CONSULTANT TO THE JAPANESE FISHING COMPANY, WHAT WOULD YOU SUGGEST? ?
The Japanese still bring their fish in the fish tanks but now…they add a small shark to each tank. The shark eats a few fish but now most of the fish arrive in a lively state
THE FISH WERE CHALLENGED!! LIKE THE FISH EVEN WE NEED SHARKS IN OUR LIVES TO KEEP US ACTIVE! SHARKS ARE LIKE PROBLEMS IN OUR LIVES
THE MORE INTELLIGENT, PERSISTENT AND COMPETENT YOU ARE, THE MORE YOU ENJOY THE CHALLENGE… Leadership is Just nothing but Enjoying the Challenge. .
