SUMMER 1 UPDATE What’s Going Well Check-in process itself – timeliness, with parents, in compliance Practices – overall positive attitudes and performance better than anticipated Attendance – 89% as a team! All pods over 80%, all 13 O pods 88% or higher What Needs Improvement Social distancing, across the board. Specifically: Athletes – during water breaks, while entering/exiting of facility Parents – in parking lot after drop-off and while waiting for pick up When in doubt, put your arms out. If you and the person you’re talking to would touch hands, you know you’re too close! Parents: Please keep your face covering on until you’re in the car! REMINDER: Red/White/Blue pods were charged today for 2 nd half payment

SUMMER 2 TIMELINE AND REGISTRATION DETAILS Tue 7/14 at 12: 01 a – Summer 2 Registration Opens (online only) Fri 7/17 at 11: 59 p – Summer 2 Registration Closes Fri 7/24 – Summer 2 Pods and Practice Schedule Released Mon 8/3 – Summer 2 Begins Registration/Pricing 12 U Red - $79/week 12 U White - $89/week 12 U Blue - $99/week (Week 5 - $89) 13 O All Pods - $109/week (Week 5 - $99) 12 U Pods will be built mainly based on weekly registration numbers and ability level 13 O Pods will be built to allow those of similar ability level who are attending 4 -5 weeks to practice together Practice pods/times/days will follow similar structure to Summer 1, however please note that the schedule may fluctuate during weeks with lower numbers Siblings will continue to be placed together as much as possible NO REFUNDS AFTER REGISTRATION PERIOD CLOSES

SC 2020 -21 SEASON UPDATE What We Know The team structure, size, and practice schedule WILL be different than in previous SC seasons We will host a team-wide tryout process (all ages and ability levels) prior to the start of the season What We Don’t Everything Else We are putting together several contingency plans for possible scenarios for the fall/winter, as soon as we have more guidance from the state we will finalize our next steps and provide that information. FOREST LODGE – COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS • Facility is in complete compliance with all NJ DOH guidelines and procedures • Signage at main entrance with COVID health screen requirements and throughout facility with social distancing procedure • DJ announcements: must maintain social distancing, masks must be worn in restrooms, throughout the event • 25 for food service at a time, 6’ Chalk lines at foods service • Staff has their temp taken prior to reporting to the food service area, will be masked and gloves during the event • Tables were removed from main seating area to create 6’ distance • Restroom attendant to monitor no more than 4 guests at a time and sanitizing every ½ hour during the event • POOLS will be CLOSED • Recreational amenities open with staff dedicated to distributing and sanitizing sports equipment before use and throughout the day
