INVESTIGATION REPORTS Usually an investigation report is required when there is a problem and the manager needs it to be investigated with the purpose of finding a solution. As in all reports, the information follows in a strict order.

N 5 & N 6 Module 10: Reports (continued) ACCIDENT REPORTS An accident report is a very important document in any organisation. Most large companies have a standardised form that is usually filled in by a responsible member of the staff, e. g. the personnel manager. This is done whenever an accident occurs during working hours. It must be filled in completely and correctly. Depending on the type of accident, copies of the report may have to be sent to the police and it is often needed for insurance purposes.
