WHAT IS MII? One of the Tri-Services Automated Cost Engineering System (TRACES) suite of software tools. MII is the detailed cost estimating application used by the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and its A-E contractors for military, civil works and hazardous, toxic and radioactive waste (HTRW) projects.
WHAT IS MII? Developed by Project Time & Cost, LLC under contract with USACE, MII is the state-of-the-art replacement for MCACES and MCACES for Windows. First released in June 2003. Current version is 4. 4. 2.
