Introduction CCS Hungary ULD system is a revolutionary design, supports and satisfy the requirements of cost-effective ULD management and the latest trends, standards like: • Cargo. ULD MAIN MENU The CCS Hungary ULD is designed to control ULD movements, inventory and stock at stations. Optional Flight Schedule Manager module or interface to existing Schedule Managment system Built-in airport and city database. User friendly, windows based platform Can be easily interpreted any kind of language without program modification. CCS Hungary ULD is controlling and training in the same time the handling staff. System responses contain instructions for problem-solving.

ALERTS ULD LIST TYPES ULDs can be viewed groupped by type, by airport and by status. The ULDs are listed by groups. Alerts can be found in the upper-right corner of the window for users also showing discrepancies and delays during the process giving exact, understandable information about the problem.

REPORTS FOR OPERATION The user can always see an up to date report of the ULDs selecting the necessary parameter (by type, by airport, by state). Next to the main parameter (airport, status) the system gives total number of involved ULDs.

UCM MESSAGES CCS Hungary ULD system automatically processes and changes the status of ULDs. Also the system is able to alert the user of missing UCM messages and send out automatically the request for UCM message according to the configured parameters.

SCM MESSAGES SCM messages also automatically processed answered by the system containing the discrepancies. In case of missing SCM messages, alerts can also be configured and send out the SCM request messages

MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM STOCK ALERTS CCS Hungary ULD system is able to alert according to the configured parameters about minimum and maximum ULD stock by stations to avoid high ULD parking fee or out of stock.

STATUS CONTROLLING ULD status is automatically controlled by the system and only those ULD status changes can be done automatically or manually which are logical. In case of discrepancy the system alerts the user. For example UCM message from JFK airport containing ULD on stock at BKK airport will be alerted to user as discrepancy.

INACTIVE ULDs URO, URI, LUC and BUP messages automatically processed and in case of certain period of inactivity of ULDs the system alerts the user about these ULDs. This helps the operation to check the status of these ULDs with the involved station or third party.
