A typical day at the centre…. 7: 00/7: 30 am – Wake up 8 am – Breakfast 9: 15 am- Morning Activities 12: 30 pm – Lunch time 1: 30 pm – Afternoon activities 5 pm – Finish Activities 5: 30 pm - Tea/Dinner time 6: 30/7 pm – Night Activity 8: 30/9 pm – Showers, hot chocolate, bed time
