Unit 4 Lesson 2 - sequencing the days of the week You have learned to put days of the week in the correct order. Make it easier Make it harder Other ideas Look for poems, rhymes or songs that will help you to recall the order of the days of the week. Think about what happens on different days in preparation for lesson 3. Are there things that happen on the same day every week? Answer questions about what you are doing tomorrow or what you did yesterday. Revisit the terms ‘today’, ‘yesterday’ and ‘tomorrow’ briefly each day so you can see the sequence changing each day. Write each day name on a different colour, perhaps using the colours of the rainbow. 13 Make your own jigsaw puzzle with a day on each piece. Make sure they only fit together if they are in the correct order.
Thank you! ● In Unit 4 Lesson 3 you will learn how to read a visual timetable and use it to find out what happens on different days.
