Cast in aluminium for the auditorium oak doors. The Buildings’ front doors all have a larger handle design in bronze and also there are pushplates. Ann Catrin Evans – designer+maker Bardic Crown The design conveys: • ‘Books’, to represent the Dwyfor Press • ‘Slate’ to represent the host area of the 2005 eisteddfod –Eryri. Made in polished silver and riven slate. There is no soldered parts to the crown, it is assembled by : slotting, bending, pinning and crimping together.
