Impact Assessment of NRM Training Programs Stage 1 – Inception Meeting. A conceptual framework for the evaluation was developed in an inception meeting among project team members. Upon coming up with the working framework for the evaluation, a Participatory Impact Assessment Seminar Workshop was scheduled to orient trainers and trainees of the upcoming evaluation.

Impact Assessment of NRM Training Programs Stage 2 – Seminar Workshop on Participatory Training Impact Assessment. During the seminar workshop, the trainers and trainees themselves identified the input-outputeffect-and-impact variables that will be the basis for the assessment. The trainers or the NRM Team of BIDANI-CMU were faculty members from CMU academic units, while the trainees were barangay representatives.
