Progression route from Associate to Chartered Member and Chartered Fellow Enables those without a CIPD qualification a route to membership Focusses predominately on experience over the last three years. Draws on a range of examples to demonstrate your level of professional membership. If you have completed a CIPD Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management or Development, you do not need to undertake EA.

On-line assessments completed over 8 weeks Assessments to demonstrate skills and capture evidence of experience. 3. Professional Discussion 3 ½ hour in-depth interview (via internet) reflecting on achievements & future development. 4. Award of Chartered or Associate status plus development report.

If so, we will also recommend the level of membership you should apply for. • You will then be sent the relevant application forms.

Professional discussion • Final part of the assessment - a virtual (Skype)/face to face 3 ½ hour discussion with a CIPD assessor • Opportunity to discuss and explore further all other evidence submitted through the assessment process • Also includes a brief review of your approach to the case study • Often a chance to reflect not only on past achievements but also future aspirations
