Course Selection Process Rising 10 th - 12 th Grades Enter your own courses

Course Selection Process Rising 10 th - 12 th Grades Enter your own courses in Power. School! – Power. School Scheduling Window Open Thurs, March 10 – March 18, 2016. – Use Any Computer with Online Access! Home, Library, Neutral Zone. . . – Remember CHOOSE CAREFULLY! Courses are only offered when students sign up for them. If you change your mind, there might not be space for you. Verification sheets printed from Power. School for parent signatures. – Verification Sheets for the courses YOU selected distributed by your 3 rd hour teacher. – You and your family should review verifications and make changes on the verification sheet, if necessary. – Return to 3 rd hour Teacher by March 29, 2016. Corrections! – Write in corrections on Verification Sheet! – HS Counselors and Teachers will review course selections and will correct as necessary. – After verification sheets are turned in, contact your counselor in writing for changes – E-mail preferred.

Not enough enrollment = class is not offered Sign up for 7 -8 classes even if you are planning on Testing Out, CRs, DE, etc. . . We will work with you to correct schedule when results come through. Alternative Electives! Make sure you make choices. l Possible schedule changes for 2016 -2017 l l l – – All students = 7 hour day! 7: 45 am – 2: 36 pm. 49 minute class periods. Passing Time & Lunch still to be determined. Optional 8 th hour to approx 3: 30.
