Are you interested in playing sports? • WIAA standards require that you must be passing 6 classes to play • BSD requires that you maintain a cumulative GPA at or above 2. 0 Advice for juniors and seniors who want to play sports AND struggle academically or have a GPA of lower than a 2. 5 • Take 7 periods instead of 6 + open period. • Choose electives that you are interested in and will do well in to boost your GPA.

Meet with your counselor and choose courses and alternates online. • Current 9 th and 10 th grade: 3/10 -3/19 during social studies classes in the library. • Current 11 th: 15 min Junior Blitz on course selection, grad check and preliminary postsecondary plans. • Once students have discussed and confirmed their choices with their counselor, they will go online to enter courses and alternates on Student.
