Overview Hampshire Health Record • Covers three PCTs and four Acute Trusts • 1. 1 million patients on the HHR at present • Feeds from 60%+ of GP systems • Feeds from ¾ acute hospitals • Used in OOH, emergency & unplanned care • Starting to be used in more routine care (Community, Out patients, admission wards, GP surgeries) • Used by community teams as electronic record (physiotherapy, OT, podiatry)

Next steps Hampshire Health Record • Increasing the use of the HHR as a clinical system and primary method for sharing information across the area • Working with NIGB, LMC and ICO to ensure Consent Model enables full integration of record with normal use • Standardising processes, interfaces and protocols, to enable expansion of service to cover more areas (i. e. social care, out of area, private sector)
