Board Members • • • at least one councillor of the local authority, director of adult social services director of children’s services director of public health representative of the Local Healthwatch a representative of each relevant clinical commissioning group, and such other persons, or representatives of such other persons, as the local authority thinks appropriate.

MAKING A DIFFERENCE The Strategy will focus on supporting: • Fewer people die from preventable ill health • Reducing health inequalities across Hampshire • Improving community based services so that fewer people need costly hospital and long term care
What next? • Council Elections May 2 • Update HCC constitution to reflect new duties • Deliver JHWS, update and informed by updated JSNA • Quick wins but also - start to tackle the big issues
