Community Service Log ● ● ● Available on TVHS Website under Counseling Link. Turn in completed forms to counseling office or the career center (rm 207) 40 hours total required, but they can be completed at multiple locations and students do not need to wait for all 40 hours to be done before turning in the log.

Student must be continually enrolled in district since 9 th grade. Student must complete all A-G coursework required by CSU admission policies. Student must participate in and successfully pass the Early Assessment Plan (EAP) in their JUNIOR YEAR in math and English OR senior schedule could be restricted. Student must submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). (Anytime after October 1 st of senior year).

Could mean doing Early Start summer program for remediation.
