How has the findings from your focus group influenced your idea for your double

How has the findings from your focus group influenced your idea for your double page spread and front cover? Content While working in my focus group I have found that there is lots of different content to talk about including, TV shows, music, gaming, reading, food, politics and lots more. By being a part of the focus group it has given me more ideas about what my double page spread could be about, my first idea was to talk about music and different musicians as that’s what a lot of my target audience are interested in and like talking about at the moment. It's also a topic that everyone can get involved in and had different opinions about, which means quite a lot of my target audience will be interested in reading it. My second idea was to do a double page spread about TV shows. I would talk about different TV shows from the new and trending shows to old shows that are still loved today. Colour While working in my focus group I found out that I should use nice and bright colours as this grabs the target audiences attention and will make them want to read my magazine article. For my double page spread I will try and use some bold colours to make it stand out, but I will make sure that they fit with my theme and don’t over crowd it.

How has the findings from your focus group influenced your idea for your double

How has the findings from your focus group influenced your idea for your double page spread and front cover? Photos I now know what sort of images to have on my double page spread, as I have found out which is most popular and which sort of images my target audience will prefer. For example bright and colourful images to catch my target audience attention. So in my double page spread I will have images linking to the TV show I am talking about and have them quite bright and a good size to grab peoples attention. Style and design The style of my magazine will be inviting for people to read/view as I will have nice colours for my front cover and have a simple design so the magazine doesn't look too crowed but will remember to include bright colours to attract the readers attention. My double pages spread will again include quite a simple design as I want the text and images to go together and don’t want my double page spread to look to overpowering, which my distract my target audience while they are trying to read my article.
