Do you expect more pictures then text? If not why Expecting an equal ratio 5. What colour scheme would you prefer featuring throughout the magazine? Lots of different & effective colours.

What was the key feedback you got from your focus group? • It was

What was the key feedback you got from your focus group? • It was good to hear other student’s responses and what they hope for in the magazine. • My group managed to narrow down the topics I intend on following. • I now know how many photos to use with the text, i. e. not to use too many or too little. • And also good to hear feedback on possible colour schemes.

How has the findings from your focus group influenced your idea for your double

How has the findings from your focus group influenced your idea for your double page spread and front cover? Content- when considering style of writing, I will now use quite urban language when writing, i. e. not using too adequate language as it is not really spoken in our generation. My feedback also specified my criteria of the actual content I am writing for the magazine. My focus group also influenced on what they intend to expect when reading the magazine as a student reading a magazine written by fellow students. • A commonly used response about what they wanted to see was gaming. This could be as teenagers find comfort in gaming as it promotes self esteem boosting whilst playing along with others. I also tihnk that one of the reasons that gaming was so popular is 9/10 teenage boys either have an XBOX, playstation or a PC. • • Colour- a bright yet calming colour theme that corresponds in some way to top off the article. The colour scheme I intend to use will revolve around two colours Most likely will be a nice collab between black and a lighter blue. Mainly black featured with blue stylish lines.

How has the findings from your focus group influenced your idea for your double

How has the findings from your focus group influenced your idea for your double page spread and front cover? big pictures related to article that is both eye-catching and informative. I hope to include the right photos and hopefully do not throw the reader off with them as they will be relevant to topic of article. i will include photos and the photos I actually tend to feature will revolve around frames of superheroes/villians in combat. Photos- Style and design- the style will be not too easy on the eye, but also not too flashy that it looks cheap. The right amount of detail will be key and I hope i am able to abide by this. The writing style I will intend to use is a quite modernized, urban lingo that is spoken between fellow teenagers who will be reading our magazine, so hopefully they will feel more interested when reading.
