e l b m u r C t Frui Ingredients 100 g Plain Flour 50 g butter or margarine 50 g oats 25 g Sugar 2 Eating Apples 50 g sultanas Equipment Weighing scales Mixing bowl Wooden spoon Chopping board Knife/ corer. Ovenproof dish/foil tray Baking tray. Sauce pan. 1. Preheat the oven to 190°C or gas mark 5. 2. Core the apples and cut into chunks using the bridge and claw technique. 3. Add the apple into a pan with 200 ml water and let it simmer until the apples soften. 4. Rub in the butter or margarine into the flour until it resembles breadcrumbs. 5. Stir in the oats and sugar. 6. Stir in the sultanas to the stewed apple. 7. Add the apple and sultana mix to the foil dish. 8. Sprinkle the crumble topping over the apple. 9. Bake for 20 minutes, until the crumble is golden. In oven by 13: 50 ! Cleared away by 14: 00
