CRITICAL RACE THEORY IS A MARXIST, HATEFUL & RACIST IDEOLOGY The umbrella of CRT covers an ever-expanding array of Trojan Horse concepts or terminologies/phrases that are only meant to deflect. For example, Critical Race Theory is passed of as: • Equity • Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity • Targeted Universalism • Culturally Responsive Instruction (Framework) • Ethnic Studies **”Equity” in the context of CRT is “Equality of Outcomes”, or Socialism**

Constitution • The 14 th Amendment to the U. S. Constitution • Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 • The Executive Order Combating Race and Sex Stereotyping • Signed by President Trump in September 2020 • Repealed by “President Biden” on January 21, 2021
WHO EXACTLY AT LCPS IS RESPONSIBLE FOR INDOCTRINATING OUR KIDS? • Who and/or which committees in LCPS or LCPS-MSAAC are responsible for choosing the equity consultant “The Equity Collaborative? • If committees, are they LCPS employees? If so, who are they? If not, what outside organization are they from and who are they? • Who and/or which committees in LCPS or LCPS-MSAAC are responsible for choosing LCPS’s “Equity Partners” such as Learning for Justice and Racial Equity Tools? • Who decides how, when, and where these ”Equity Partners” are utilized? • Who decides what content is appropriate? • Why must LCPS and LCPS-MSAAC continue to deny allegations of CRT being taught in our school systems when your “Equity Partners” have it readily available on their websites?
WHAT DOES “WHITENESS” MEAN IN LCPS’S EDUCATIONAL MATERIAL? • Where did the term ‘Whiteness” originate? • How is “Whiteness” used in a sentence? • What does the “White” part of the term “Whiteness” refer to? • What does the “-ness” part of the term “Whiteness” refer to? • Is “Whiteness” referring to people? If so, to whom? • Is there a commonly used synonym for Whiteness? • What is the opposite of “Whiteness”? • Does LCPS educate students on “Blackness” or ”Browness” as much as they do “Whiteness”? If not, why?
IN LCPS’S “EQUITY STATEMENT”, WHAT IS MEANT BY “WHITE SUPREMACISTS? • Who exactly are the “White Supremacists” that we need to “disrupt and dismantled? • Are you suggesting that all of Loudoun County’s white citizens are “White Supremacists”? • Are you suggesting that 44% of the LCPS student population and their parents are “White Supremacists”? • Are you suggesting that the majority of LCPS teachers are “White Supremacists”? • Has LCPS “disrupted and dismantled” any “White Supremacists”? If so, when and how many are there? Can LCPS provide an update on exactly where they stand with their “disruption and dismantling” of “White Supremacy efforts? • Who pushed the diabolical notion that Loudoun County has an active “White Supremacy” pandemic? • What is LCPS’s evidence that Loudoun County is rampant with “White Supremacy”? Your “Equity Partner”, the Southern Poverty Law Center does not have a single hate group identified in Loudoun County, and they track them all.
WHAT WOULD HAPPEN TO A STUDENT OR TEACHER THAT SAID ANY OF THE FOLLOWING: • All lives matter • I reject the concept of Critical Race Theory and/or a Culturally Responsive Framework? • I do not believe that ”White Privilege” OR “Whiteness” OR “Implicit Bias” OR “Anti-Racism” exists • I reject the idea that I or any other white person is systemically racist just because of the color of my skin • What’s wrong with Dr. King’s philosophy of being judged by content of character and not color of skin? • How is Dr. King’s philosophy of being judged by content of character and not color of skin incorporated into LCPS’s “Culturally Responsive Framework”?
