S process was after close of initial fall 2018 registration in April 2018 • Common issues were categorized after this run in order to determine course of action for student communication • Common issues were major changes not submitted or completed, course exceptions needed, and taking an extra course during final semester. • • 2018 19 th Annual PABUG Conference

S • Financial Aid reviewed a script that was created by IT using input from Registrar’s Office and Financial Aid Office to determine financial impact • The definition of financial aid impact may vary, but the definition I used was- A student that did not receive the full amount of packaged grants and/or federal loans and due to this reduction had a balance due for the semester • If a student received a reduced grant and/or federal loan disbursement, but that reduction did not result in a balance due for the semester we chose not to send financial aid specific CPo.
