PAR) was declined by 60% resulting in financial impacts to the industry (Global. Data, 2020). A rate value assessment through SWOT analysis is created by comparing the strength and weakness of the hotel using pricing models in order to position the hotel with that of its closest competitor in the market (Nordmeyer, 2019).

Responsible for providing the management with a detailed and a comprehensive report regarding the future action plans and recommendations that needs to be made for improving the services and maintaining the brand reputation of the hotel. Team Members- Barry Williams (Senior Organisational Development Consultant) and Mathew Jones (Senior Risk Control Consultant ) A project is considered as successful when all the required information is communicated effectively to the respective authorities (Woodcock & Francis, 2017). Barry and Mathew will be reporting to me on a weekly basis regarding the audit findings and discussions.

Project Plan Project Control- The findings made during the audit will be communicated safely and the results obtained will be discussed with the general manager on weekly intervals through emails. Quality Control- we follow a weekly schedule on a shift basis during both day and nights by accessing and carefully monitoring all the departments Dates- The start date for the audit commencement is proposed to be on 25 th July, 2020 and is proposed to be completed on 25 th September, 2020.
