Welcome to Worship Attention families: Located just outside of the Sanctuary doors you will find activity bags and clip boards for kids to explore and use. Please feel free to take one to your seat and return it to the same location when you are finished.

Gospel In Action Family Promise host week starts this Sunday, April 16, and goes through the morning of April 22. We need volunteers to provide a meal, talk with the families, play with the kids, sleep overnight, and help with setup and tear down. Please contact the church office with questions by phone or email.

Gospel In Action Spring Cleanup. We will be doing our annual Spring Cleanup around the church in May. Items will include some light yard cleanup, trimming, mulch, etc. Feel free to join us. We will post the date once we lock down which Saturday works best.

Congregation News The Christ Lutheran Preschool Pasta Dinner fundraiser is April 28, from 5 p. m. - 7 p. m. Come support our preschool while enjoying some pasta and art work created by the kids. The cost is $7. 50 per adult, $4. 00 for seniors and children. There will also be some raffles to participate in as well.

Congregation News Celebrating our graduating seniors. We request and invite high school seniors and their families to come to church on any Sunday in May for us to congratulate them. Each Sunday in May, Pastor Jeff will call forward any high school seniors and their families so that we can congratulate them as a church family. Due to scheduling conflicts, we will not be holding a separate reception after church. Please come and let us recognize your accomplishment and wish you a wonderful journey into your future.

Congregation News The NEOS Women’s Organization’s cluster meeting will be held on Saturday, April 22, at Bethany English Lutheran Church on Triskett Road, Cleveland. Women who plan to attend should meet at church by 7: 50 a. m. We have two cars leaving at 8: 00 a. m. and returning to church around 1: 30 p. m. Registration is $5. 00 which includes breakfast and lunch. Don’t forget to bring your donation for their pantry.

Congregation News You are invited to celebrate with Ryan Smarsh. Ryan is graduating from Cleveland State University with a Master’s Degree in Social Work. VBS News Registration is now open! June 19 -23, from 9: 00 a. m. – 12: 00 p. m. Registration Deadline is May 14

The Anchor – Youth News Easter Breakfast. Offerings collected will support youth trips and camps. Thank you for supporting our youth. Yardwork Day. Saturday, May 6. Meet at church at 9: 00 a. m. to help clean up three yards. We are assuming we will wrap up a little after noon. We will grab food as a group at the conclusion of the work. Watch for more details as we get closer to the event. Restaurant fundraiser coming soon. Additional information will be provided once details are finalized.

Older Wiser Lutherans OWLS outing – April 20 at 8: 45 a. m. We will be leaving church by bus at 9: 00 a. m. to travel to the Liberty Aviation Museum in Port Clinton, Ohio. We will tour the museum and then have lunch at the Tin Goose Diner. Upon returning home we will stop at Toft’s Dairy Ice Cream Parlor for dessert. The cost of the bus ride and tour is $28. 00 person. Lunch and dessert are on you. Today is the final day to reserve your spot.
