Staffing Pattern Take time to assess the current staffing pattern and each person’s roles and responsibilities. – Who is in charge of members? – Who is in charge of placement sites?
Improving Recruitment • Invite members to serve next year • Ask members what drew them – share on social media & refer friends • Start early • Resources: Recruitment Toolkit; recent webinar; Regional recruitment workgroups – Action Plans forthcoming
Communicate with CV • Talk to your PO about challenges • Discuss any changes your considering • Update us on any partner or match changes
Grant Continuation Process • • • End of April This Application is a Simple Process Review key indicators (30/90/90/30) Change Requests (discuss with PO first) Submit to CV, approval to submit to e. Grants
Grant Continuation Process • Allowable changes are limited • Performance Measure Worksheet (PMWs) – generally not allowed in year 2 or 3 • Site changes are allowed • Budget changes are subject to review and fairly limited
