Les responsables aviseront les passagers pendant le voyage de l’horaire des autobus pour les transferts ( hôtel-stade ) une fois que nous seront rendus à Atlanta.

CONSIGNES IMPORTANTES Les responsables des autobus décideront avec les chauffeurs de la façon de gérer les arrêts sur la route ( fréquence et durée ). Vous vous devrez de respecter les consignes surtout au niveau de la durée des arrêts car on ne peut penser retarder 49 personnes parce qu’un des passagers a pris plus de temps que ce qui avait été déterminé. C’est une question de respect.

CONSIGNES IMPORTANTES Pour ceux et celles qui logeront dans l’hôtel BHU et qui n’auront pas pris le forfait autobus, nous vous demandons de nous aviser sans faute avant le 14 juin si vous avez un intérêt pour vous rendre au stade par autobus. Si la demande est suffisante, nous pourrons organiser pour vous des transports entre l’hôtel et le stade soit plus tôt ou plus tard que les horaires réguliers. Coût 20$ canadiens. Les responsables vous remettront un carton qui vous servira de passe pour prendre les autobus ( hôtel-stade ). Si vous ne l’avez pas avec vous ne pourrez monter sous aucune considération. Aucun passe-droit. Il n’y aura pas de retour à l’hôtel le samedi soir puisque les autobus reprendront la route directement du stade pour le retour au Québec.
