X Setting up your account is very easy, but it does take 2 business days to be processed, so please be sure to set it up way before you need it! Some items, like food, can be delivered to your home, while allergy serum must be shipped to your family veterinarian’s clinic. To get started just click on the picture below, or copy and paste the link that was included in your visit summary!

Head to our website and click on the Allergy Solutions tab Then click on the button for my. VETstore

Click on the “for your pet” tab Click on the item you wish to purchase When you are ready to check out, click on your shopping cart at the top

Click on proceed to check out Enter, or confirm, your method of payment information confirm your order by selecting either pickup at our clinic (and save yourself shipping fees) or click home delivery Don’t worry, if your order is for allergy serum, it WILL NOT be delivered to your home. IT WILL be delivered to your family vet’s office. Your account is secretly linked to your family vet clinic’s address for allergy serum orders

Once you confirm your order, the wheels start to turn! It takes 2 weeks for your allergy serum order to arrive at your family vet’s clinic, so please don’t wait until the last minute to order Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number
