Faculty Staffing Process • Identifying staffing needs is part of the PR Process. •

Faculty Staffing Process • Identifying staffing needs is part of the PR Process. • District Personnel Requisition Process and Form • The Faculty Staffing Committee is responsible for evaluating all requests for new and replacement full-time faculty from all college divisions and combine them into one list in priority order for hire. The Faculty Staffing Committee recommendations are then sent to the Academic Senate and College Council for information and to the President for review and additional recommendation to the Chancellor.
