WELCOME TO OUR SCHOOL • Our school is GREAT! • Our school is FUN!!

• Balornock is a happy school. • This is our school. • Can you see our green flags? • This is our class Can you spot our teacher? • just kidding this is our class

• • Our school starts at 9: 00 am. Maths starts at 9: 00 am to 10: 30 am. Break is from 10: 30 am to 10: 45 am. Then from 10: 45 am to 12: 15 pm is English. • 12: 15 pm to 1: 00 pm is lunch time. • 1: 00 pm to 3: 00 pm is Art, French, Env St, RME or Music. • 3: 00 pm is home time…. woooo!

UNIFORM • Our uniform is unique and comfy - it is navy blue and our badge is gold. Our polo shirt is yellow.

ECO • Our school is an eco friendly school! We have been awarded two green flags in the past 4 years. We are trying for another one, fingers crossed we get it.

learning • We love learning, there is so much to learn about! We love language and maths - we do lots of new subjects every week!

classes • In our school we have 12 classes WOW! That’s a lot! The class rooms are very colourful and welcoming.

This is our class trophy. • There are four houses called : – Confident Individuals – Successful learners, – Responsible Citizens – Effective Contributors. • We have a star of the week. We have sticker cards……. • Every week we have different golden time activities. • Golden time happens every week, but if you break the golden rules you get time taken off your golden time.

school trips • We went to the Science Centre for our Summer trips. • Some of our pupils will be coming to visit you in your school. Do you think any of these children Will get picked ?

allotment • In our allotment we grow fruit and vegetables as well as plants. We grew strawberries. • The children in our school go to the allotment a lot to help with jobs such as weeding and watering. These are what the Weeds look like.
