New Parent Information Welcome to Our Lady of the Visitation Catholic Primary school. We are so sorry that we are not able to greet you in person as we normally would. We would therefore like to tell you a little bit about our school.

Kathleen Coll I have been the Headteacher here since 2013. We are a very happy school with happy pupils, parents and staff.

Our last OFSTED inspection was in 2016. They said: Ø The Nursery and Reception

Our last OFSTED inspection was in 2016. They said: Ø The Nursery and Reception classes give children a good start to their education. They settle well and make good progress. Ø The staff plan activities which will interest the children and provide them with a wide range of experiences. Ø Relationships with parents are excellent. Parents were overwhelmingly positive about their children’s experience, as one said about her child, ‘She doesn’t want to come home. ’ Parents feel that their children are safe, happy and well prepared for the next stage of their education.

Extended Care We offer extended care for working parents from 7. 45 am to

Extended Care We offer extended care for working parents from 7. 45 am to 5. 45 pm. Our very popular breakfast club begins from 7. 45 am. You may drop your children off any time between 7. 45 am and 8. 30 am. They are given breakfast (cereal and toast). Our after school club runs until 5. 45 pm. Children have the opportunity to play, create and are also given a snack to keep them going until they get home.
