11 th Grade • Research and visit colleges • Take advantage of college rep visits at JCHS • Take the SAT or ACT in the Spring • Counselor Meeting to develop 12 th grade schedule and discuss college plans

Summer before 12 th Grade • Visit college websites for applications, financial aid, deadlines and to schedule a campus visit • Early Decision, Early Action, Restricted Early Action, Priority , Regular Decision, or Rolling • Register for Fall SAT or ACT if needed • Begin college applications and essays as soon as possible!!
