Some results… 1. Everyone remembered each other maybe not as Andres but as Kung-Fu Panda… 2. The were randomly changing groups rather than creating 2 -3 fixed sub-groups 3. The less social participants, where approached by the other member with the “excuse” of first nights happening…

Why was this a success? 1. Easy first-line : ) “you are a great (pause)… What RU? ” 2. Feel-free to express (it is not you that is “getting embarrassed” but your role) a big hug from a fluffy bear is always acceptable 3. more emphasized differs the hippo-giraffe is clearer than Tom-Thomas 4. Chances for personal 1 -1 moments the moments of preparation for example

Possible (? ? ? ) dangers 1. “Discrimination” of no/bad costumes 2. Costume as a “protection wall” –hide behind the “persona” 3. Keeping the “role” after the end of the party
