Overview Ø UCPS staff conducted a series of activities with stakeholders to solicit feedback

Overview Ø UCPS staff conducted a series of activities with stakeholders to solicit feedback on key qualities of UCPS graduates Ø The portrait depicts the academic, cognitive, personal/interpersonal characteristics, attributes and qualities that students should possess Ø Process began in October and concluded in February Ø Nearly 4300 educators, students, parents, business partners, community groups, and higher education professionals had an opportunity to participate

Process ● ● ● Stakeholders groups were invited to attend in-person small group activities

Process ● ● ● Stakeholders groups were invited to attend in-person small group activities led by the UCPS Graduate Profile Design Team Participants were presented with three questions pertaining to post-secondary readiness Participants recorded their answers to the questions, then shared responses with members of their group Each group reported out the top three answers to each question Responses were collected, then recorded on a spreadsheet for future use Process was repeated for each stakeholder group over 5 month period
