THOR Directory: Three Facility Types 1) Structured Housing - may or may not provide programming Recovery Residences substance abuse 2) Standard – deliver 1 or more hours of substance abuse services q Faith-based, 12 -Step, self-help, recovery coaches/mentors 3) Intensive - deliver 5 or more hours of substance abuse counseling q Programming delivered by certified or licensed providers Community Based Residential Programs
