Major functionalities of SPIN • • • Empanelment process of Agencies are completely made online At present 863 Private Agencies were empanelled Solar rooftop calculator for citizen. Around 85, 000 people used the calculator They can submit the interest request form to SPIN. Around 4700 submitted so far All these interest request are available for contact to all authorized agencies Customers are identified with a unique code for interest request, ongoing sites and project completion report Customer grievance receiving through SPIN will be settled quickly For Govt.
