Outreach & Philanthropy ▪ Over the course of the past few years the Iota Chapter of SSP has developed a partnership with a local community organization, The First Tee of Mid-Michigan. ▪ This partnership allows for the continued promotion of osteopathic medicine by providing and aiding in educational programs that build character and promote positive life choices through the game of golf. ▪ This program introduces children to core values of honesty, integrity, sportsmanship, respect, confidence, responsibility, perseverance, courtesy, and judgement. ▪ In addition to volunteering at their events and aiding in fundraising efforts, Iota Chapter members have the opportunity to serve as role models and positive influences for children in our communities.
