Parents Dear parents, there are some aspects of RSE that can be sensitive. The

Parents Dear parents, there are some aspects of RSE that can be sensitive. The story that we use to discuss these aspects is attached to the powerpoint. I would advise you to watch this first so that you know what is discussed throughout the topic. The story encompasses everything that the national curriculum for RSE states we must teach the children. One part of this is the correct names for private body parts (found around 9 mins 30 seconds in the video).

The decision for that is yours to make. If we had been in school I would have held a meeting with you prior to teaching this topic for you to make those decisions. This topic is all about ensuring that children know that their body is their own, that they have control over it and no one has that right other than themselves.
