POSITIVE THINKING & POSITIVE ATTITUDE Positive Thinking is smart thinking. It is having a mindset that inspires self and leads to optimism. Positive Attitude is adopting a winnable, pleasant and forthright behaviour that nourishes responsibility and gain trust and likeliness from others.
Positive Thinking is a mental attitude that sees the bright side of life and expects positive results. It is an attribute or virtue that nourishes mind, uplift spirituality and provides alternative perspectives. People with a positive frame of mind think about possibilities, growth, expansion and success. They expect happiness, health, love and good relationships.
They think in terms of ”I can“, ”I am able“ I will succeed“, ”It is possible“, and ”It can be done“. Positive thinking is a state of mind which focuses on the ”full half of the glass and not on the empty half“ or ”look at the bright stars in the clear sky than mud on the wet road“.
Real and effective positive thinking requires that you focus on positive thoughts and positive emotions, and also take positive action. Now the question is how can you develop this State of mind? You can do so by reading and listing to inspiring and motivating information, generating smart thinking and through visualization, affirmations and meditation.
I -VISUALIZATION Creative visualization is a mental technique that uses the imagination to make dreams come true. Used in the right way, creative visualization can improve life and attract success and prosperity. It is power that can alter our environment and circumstances, cause events to happen and attract love into our life
How does it work and why? Thoughts, if powerful enough, are accepted by our subconscious mind, which then changes our mindset accordingly, as well as our habits and actions, and this brings us into contact with new people, situation and circumstances.
II – AFFIRMATIONS: Affirmations are positive statements that describe a desired situation, and which are repeated many times, in order to impress the subconscious mind and trigger it into positive action. In order to ensure the effectiveness of the affirmations they have to be repeated with attention, conviction, interest and desire.
III – MEDITATION: It is a method of relaxing the body and rejuvenating the mind. It is a way for gaining freedom from incessant, nagging thoughts and worries, quieting the chatter of the mind, and attaining inner peace and happiness. In its higher levels it leads to spiritual awakening, enlightenment and to realizing who and what you are,
Remember, positive thinking is a mental attitude that admits into the mind, thoughts, words and images that are conductive to growth, expansion and success. A positive mind anticipates happiness, joy health, and a successful outcome of every situation and action. A person with a positive attitude is like a fruit of all seasons. He or she will be always welcome.
Positive thinking fills mind with light, hope and feelings of strength and soon life will reflect these qualities. A pessimist or negative thinker will be: Unhappy when they have no troubles to speak of Spend most of their time complaining Always turn out the lights to see how dark it is Always look for cracks in the mirror of life
